30-Minute Coaching Session

1. Payment: Life coaching sessions must be paid for in advance of the scheduled session. Payment methods accepted include credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The fee for each session will be communicated prior to scheduling and is non-negotiable.

2. Scheduling: Life coaching sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed upon times between the client and the coach. Sessions can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the client's preference and availability. Changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule a life coaching session with at least 24 hours notice. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the client will forfeit the session fee. Clients are allowed to reschedule canceled sessions within a 3-month period from the original session date.

4. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled life coaching session without prior notice, the client will be charged the full session fee and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

5. Refund Policy: There is a strict no refund policy for life coaching sessions. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and will not be refunded for missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.

6. Confidentiality: All information shared during life coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential between the client and the coach. Client information will not be shared with any third parties without the client's explicit consent.

7. Professional Boundaries: The coach will provide support, guidance, and feedback to the client but will not offer therapy, medical advice, or legal advice.

By engaging in life coaching sessions with the coach, the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in termination of the coaching relationship.
